"This is a clean, safe, well-run hotel in an excellent location. I stayed in the lowest price room and it exceeded expectations. The breakfast is great and the owner is very helpful. My fellow travelers, remember that you are paying a small price and don’t expect a fancy room and four star service. But for the price, the location is half a block from the river, the air conditioning is cold, the WiFi is fast, and the private bath is clean, modern, and has plenty of hot water. What more can you want?"

"Very welcoming staff and super clean room. I had to wait a bit due to a previous late check out but the receptionist did a great job. Housekeeping cleans very well and breakfast considering it's in the competitive rates they offer included is another nice value. Breakfast is tasty, comes with egg dish, hot drink and assorted fresh fruits. It was already my third stay in Sovanphum Riverside Hotel and definitely not the last."

"The staff were amazing! (We booked the wrong bus to a different destination and the staff managed to get us on the correct one within 30 minutes of it leaving). Very close walk to everything! Would recommend this!"

"This guesthouse is walking distance to everything you need. Take a picture in front of Royal Palace, stroll along the Mekong River, walk a little bit further and you will arrive at the night market or get anything you need from the convenience store within your reach. Near Starbuck also. And if you are looking for halal food, Dulang Halal Cafe is just nearby that serves authentic Malaysian food, operated by a young Malaysian man."
