"Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful and spacious rooftop room with private balcony and the whole floor to ourselves. Fresh lotus flowers in all rooms, nice lemongrass smell. Wonderful swimming pool at The Jungle close by - lots of plants. Thank you so much!"

"Very clean and spacious, perfectly comfortable. Also, the staff is amazing and very caring. The pool at their sister property was great and indeed close to the hotel, had the option to spend some time at the pool after check out and could shower at the shower available close to the pool, along with a clean towel available and shower gel"

"No elevator, however that didn’t bother me and the staff insisted on carrying my bags up. The stairs are normal, not to too steep like some places"

"I liked the location, close to several places I visited, walking distance to restaurants, night market etc"

"Although the staff helped me with my luggage, for those with mobility issues there is no elevators"

"Arrived at the hotel quite early and was greeted very warmly. The incredibly nice staff kept the bags safe until the room was ready. Stayed in room 301 on the third floor. It is a large studio with a queen bed, a small balcony, and a small area between the bedroom and the bathroom where you can sit down and drink your complimentary tea. The balcony didn’t have any furniture, but it was too hot to be out there anyways. The bed was comfortable enough, though I personally found the pillows impossible to sleep on and had to improvise with a pillow case and some jackets. The hotel could improve this point by adding a couple of extra pillows of varying firmness. It wasn’t too loud at night in my experience, but we were told that the city was quieter than usual. Had a chance to have breakfast at the hotel before visiting Angkor Wat and it was delicious. The tour that the hotel arranged to visit Angkor Wat was also amazing."

"The reason I don’t give the hotel 10/10 is because it has some issues that are related with the structure of the building. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which was okay for me but can be missed while booking and be a problem for people with mobility difficulties. The A/C in the room is directed at the bed, so it wasn’t possible to cool the room at night. The position of the faucet over the sink in the bathroom makes it virtually impossible to wash your hands or brush your teeth without having water leak all over the place. The water in the shower was also cut off one night, but I don’t know if that was related to the hotel or a general problem. The staff was so nice, though, that they basically helped ignore these issues and have a great time in Siem Reap."

"Located close to the night market. Affiliated with 3 other hotels so we had Choice of pool and restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful. We arranged private tours, tuktuks, and cars through them. It all worked seamlessly and at a very reasonably rate."

"Could be a little quieter but that is true of most of siem reap."

"Close to shops, restaurants, market, pub street. A large one bedroom space with comfortable bed and bathroom. Very clean. The staff are very welcoming. I ate most of my meals there and they were good and very affordable."

"No elevator. But staff carried my bag up."

Vanja - 02/12/2025 16:23:18

"The hotel has a great location on the night market street with everything close by but it is quite quiet. The room was clean and very well mentained during my 4 days stay. The staff, especially the girls at the reception were very friendly, kind and helpful which made the stay more enjoyable."

"The room had a bit of a dump smell which I than noticed on my clothes at the end of the stay."

Kiwiphil - 02/12/2025 08:59:12

"The Nest is well located, just 10mins walk from Pub St and close to cafes restaurants and Soksan Rd bars. Young friendly staff.. nice clean rooms, great shower, comfortable bed."

"Stairs to 3rd floor and some street noise."

"We had such a wonderful stay at The Nest. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, but what really made the experience special was the staff. They were warm, positive, and shared their culture in such a beautiful way. Their kindness made us feel truly welcome. I’d recommend this property without hesitation."

"Perfect if you want real privacy. They say the mattress is hard, but I like it. You have to keep in mind that it depends on each person; they have their own tastes and needs. The owner is friendly and direct. Do you want the place to be central? But the owners are fake."

"Big bright room, clean and for a good price. Excellent location, kind stuff."

"Nous sommes restés quatre jours et franchement pour le prix ça reste très correct, l’entrée est sécurisée par une clé, Donc au niveau de la sécurité, rien à dire Vous avez une machine à laver à disposition gratuitement"

"Great food at the restaurant, a/c worked well, good staff, safe area, clean and very good wifi! You can also pay by card!"

"After some correspondence nitial difficulty in getting the correct location/address, things worked out and checking was easy enough. The location was great only a short walk to Aeon mall, short ride to the night markets and river aide. Walking distance to awesome Bassac Lane. The owner Lily is absolutely lovely and happy to assist with what you need to be comfortable. Only downside was the mattress albeit comfortable was uneven and felt lumpy, but comfortable enough I could still get a good night's sleep. All in all I would recommend Lily's House to any travellers going to Phnom Penh."
