"Aside from “Just about everything!”, the two greatest assets at this hotel are: 1. The staff! & 2. The whole property - buildings & grounds. The “walk-ability”, with proximity to the royal palace, river & downtown, was also fantastic!"
"I would recommend slightly better pillows & A/C improvements. My pillows were not especially comfortable & the air-conditioning blew directly on me - regardless of fan settings or temperature adjustments, I could not get comfortable enough to sleep well, all night. I believe minor adjustments (by maintenance) could adjust a few of these things."
"Beautiful facilities, lovely staff, fantastic breakfast. We got a full body aromatherapy massage that my husband said was the best he’s ever had. The location was within walking distance from the National Museum and Palace."

"The welcoming by the staff was very nice. They are very attentive. The room was nice with the private pool. However, the bathroom, while taking a shower, the water spills all over the floor despite the shower door being closed. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay! Thank you!"

"Perfect if you want real privacy. They say the mattress is hard, but I like it. You have to keep in mind that it depends on each person; they have their own tastes and needs. The owner is friendly and direct. Do you want the place to be central? But the owners are fake."
