"David was super nice, friendly, helpful and he made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse provides very clear information about how things work, and also a very well-equipped shared kitchen. We could sleep really well and without noise even though the hotel is in a busy area."

"That's not about the property by itself. I saw another review talking about the number of homeless people around the area and that's true. But they don't do anything and that didn't really make us feel insecure at all."

"Location is fantastic as usual, loved being next to ikseon-dong, even though didn't manage to visit more than once (get salt bread!). Close to Jongno-3ga station and some other attractions, major metro interchange that gets you to all the other places you need to go. had forgotten there was quite a bit of transfers to do, but now there are more escalators and lifts around! just pray it hasn't broken down when you are going there XD Staff were kind to let me leave my luggage before and after checking in/out (left a note when I had to travel out early on my check-out date, and everything was kept neatly intact!)"

"Great location, easy walking distance from subway (2 minutes) to hotel and most attractions are 10-15 minute walk. The host was amazing and attentive, he even took pictures for me as im a solo traveler. The staff helped with my luggage coming and going. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Seoul."

"It was walkable to many good places to eat and a shopping area. We had been traveling for a long time and the beds were VERY comfortable. I slept SOOOO good. The staff were also VERY nice and helpful. I felt safe staying here and I would stay here again."

"The shower temperature kept fluctuating and wouldn't stay stable. Also, the shower head kept sliding down which made showering a little difficult. A good shower is important to me and I would still stay here."

"This is a lovely guesthouse managed by David, an amazing human being. He treated us like family, advising on every aspect of our trip in Seoul, helping us carry our luggage, or just being kind and conversational with us. We traveled as a small family of three and the facilities were more than appropriate to handle our needs for accommodation (including having a good rest, doing laundry, and visiting nearby attractions). The area is very lively, close to popular attractions and very well connected by public transport (subway Jongno 3 subway station - Exit 5, and Jongno 2 Airport bus stop). You also have many local and international restaurant options close by. I’ll definitely stay here again when back in Seoul."
