"The room is smaller than we think, but still ok to fit 3 person. The bathroom is too small."
"It was close to everything, beds were comfortable, and had air conditioning. The staff was phenomenal. Any time we had an issue they were quick to respond. By issue I just mean needing extra supplies or a few minor things not working (tea kettle quickly replaced, toilet seat broken on hinge quickly replaced)."
"It was smaller than the pictures showed and since we brought a pack-n-play for our baby it was a little cramped. We were able to still be comfortable and make do though."

"There is a washing machine with detergent and fabric softener. The bathroom has a curtain so you won't get everywhere wet. Full mirror and Netflix account was a plus. There is plenty of clean towels. The beds are very comfortable."

"Location is great. Easy check in-check out. Nearby airport limo bus, subway stations, and University. Even though I didn’t cook they provided everything you need. Wifi was good, washer is convenient, and they provide detergent, not many places do that. There is a 24hr coin wash nearby too but I didn’t use it. They are fast at responding with any questions you have during your stay too."

"무엇보다 정말 친절하셨어요. 그리고 쾌적하고 좋았구요. 아침까지 포함된 가격이라 감사히 잘 먹었습니다. 그런데 이왕이면 1층 로비에 있는 커피 머신이 아침식사제공되는 장소에 있으면 더 좋을 것 같의 고려해봐주세요. 다른 건 모두 대만족입니다. 또 울산 갈일 있으면 호텔 치즈 이용할 겁니다. 아참... 침대에 전기담요를 깔아서 침상만들기를 해두어서 정말 지져가며 푸욱 잘 수 있었는데... 이런 서비스는 여기에서만 받을 수 있는 것 같아요."
