"Right on top of a subway station that has several transfers. Next to neighborhoods with great food options. Property looked well -maintained. There's a 7 Eleven conveniently located on the lobby floor."
"There are several elevators that take you to different groups of floors. Some guests will press all of them just to catch the fastest one, which only hinders those already in the elevator trying to get to their floor."

"Underground station is exactly under the hotel so location was perfect. There were atm, 7/11 markets and restaurants near by the hotel. Room was large and clean staff were kind and smiley. Thanks for good experience."

"Friendly staff, efficient check-in and checkout. Rooms slightly larger than competitor I was considering but chose GLAD Mapo in the end, wasn't disappointed! Location was very convenient for my local travels in and around Seoul. Will definitely re-visit next time I find myself in Seoul again!"
"Not really able to comment as I did not use much of the hotels facilities. Didn't have breakfast included in room so was not able to check out their offerings."
"Very comfortable stay. Ended up staying for 2.5 weeks. Staff were helpful and friendly. We wanted to stay longer because of a change in plans for our trip so we extended our stay and the front desk staff helped with that seamlessly."
"The price on weekends can get very pricey if you want to extend the trip. That may be normal across all hotels though so it is not this hotel specific. Otherwise, no complaints!"
"The staff are attentive and the room is super clean. The location is also super convenient as it is a stone’s throw away from 3 subway lines (5/6/airport). However, with no extra facilities (pool/spa etc) the price I paid this time round is slightly on the steep side and detracts from the value for money rep that the hotel has built over the years a in my humble opinion. But when all is said and done, I have been going to this hotel for years and would still highly recommend to travelers, Korean or otherwise."
