"Super clean, extremely accommodative staff and the location was a bit inside in the lane, however didn’t really bother. Really appreciate the facility provided overall and the fact was there was no issue at all. Lot of eateries around, bus stop and the station was right outside so that was great."

"Too small a room to access with your luggage and opening the bag got challenging. The lobby and room wasn’t as good as the floor lobby and the lift. Was okay."

"Hotel is quite closed at shopping mall , restaurants, cafe, and others. easy to get some drink , food , also late night . Nearly subway station ( But I can’t find the elevator from the subway stations) They always cleaned up your room every day."

"No food is provided in the location, however at the entrance, one can help themselves to canned tea or water bottles and disposable chopsticks are provided for takeaway food bought outside to be consumed within the hotel. This is convenient when you want to head out immediately to explore and are not bothered with having breakfast on site. There are many food places surrounding the hotel anyway. Extremely well located if one can get past the fact that the hotel is in an alley way. Within minutes of wholesale shopping, Dongdaemun Cultural Centre and tube."

"Would have appreciated teabags and coffee sachets. However, on the plus side, they provided extras not expected in most Western hotels like, hair spray, combs, etc"

"Very, very convenient location and a clean room. Really nice staff and we were able to store our luggage for a couple of days before our stay and after check-out. The room was pretty small but it had everything we needed and there was space for all four of our suitcases to be open at the same time. Free bottled water and soft drinks in the fridge at reception were an excellent addition!! We would absolutely stay again!"

"The beds were very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the sheer amount of offered facilities were amazing from free water bottles to universal adaptors in the rooms"

"One day we came back and the room smelled a tiny bit like smoke - assuming the cleaner had a cigarette before cleaning but we just opened the window and it went away immediately"

"호텔에 체크린시간보다 빨리 도착할것같아 사전에 케리어보관부탁문의했었는데 도착하니 청소끝난 방이비어있어 키를주셨어요~ 너무감사드려요 ~ 물과 음료수 프론트앞 냉장고에 마련되어있어 무료로 더 제공해주고 객실한 손세정도있고 가운도 소독돤비닐에 넣어져있어 너무 청결하게 관리하고있다는걸 잘느껴지더라구요~ 다음에도 이용할생각할 생각이예요~"
