"This was a very special stay for us. The location is breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, the host treated us like family, building a special bond with our three year old girl. We didnt have a car, so the host went out of their way to drop us at the bus station so we could get the free bus to the national park, and then drove us to the next town so we could get the train to our next destination. Our little girl picked potatoes on the host's small farm, leaving her with special memories. We could not recommend Moonlight House any higher. The hosts and their home will always be in our hearts."

"This was such a great stay! The hosts were the nicest couple and they took so much care in providing whatever we needed. If we could, we would definitely stay here again. The pictures don't do the place justice. It was so much more beautiful with the mountains in the background and the blooming flowers and benches where we could enjoy a complimentary breakfast with homemade flower tea and we loved the homemade apple juice we got upon arrival. The village is full of history in such a tranquil environment. This was a superb stay!!"

"The hosts were incredibly gracious, the mountain views were lovely, & the garden was so pleasant to sit in while eating the delicious breakfast. We arrived late Sunday night, & the hostess was kind enough to drive us to a nearby convenience store to find food, given the restaurants in the area were long-closed. We so appreciated her care!"

"The communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very kind and flexible. The breakfast was wonderful, with local ingredients and marigold tea from the garden. The bathroom was very modern with a great shower. The place was the perfect combination of traditional living (sleeping on a thin mattress with traditional bedding) and modern amenities - underfloor heating, wifi, good bathroom facilities."

"The location is remote and difficult to get to without a car but our hosts were very kind and dropped us off/picked us up from Cheongsong so this wasn’t a major limitation."

"The traditional rooms were lovely, especially the beds, it was a great experience. The location was fantastic, and the quiet atmosphere really helped us feel like we were on a camping trip. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. Offered us fantastic breakfast and homemade tea and helped us out with transport the next day, they looked up bus times for us and even drove us to the bus stop. Next time we will definitely stay for much much longer there."
