"Seems the building is old, was a built for business, and then some of the floors were converted to a hotel."
"We booked 2 rooms and got one on the quiet back side and one facing the lively street ahead. My tip is if you want to witness the action going on, request the street view and if you would like a quiet night, request a room on the back side. Both of our rooms had a bit of partial ocean view. The rooms were nice and felt new, however the hallways need a renovation. The hotel offers no amenities such as a pool or rooftop. However, the location was very convenient, with only a few steps to the beach, the esplanade, and even the market right across. Lots of places to go out and eat! Lobby is on the 7th floor."

"Location was perfect - right next to the beach and all the restaurants and food market, and only 5-6 minutes down from the train station. Hotel was very good, beds and pillows comfortable, and our room was amazing (the one with a hot tub). I would recommend staying here for sure! You can borrow a vacuum cleaner from the front desk to vacuum all the sand out from the floors of your room."

Their breakfast was a diverse selection, including Korean, American, and other dishes that could be customized to suit my preferences from the tables."
"Hotel conceirge was very helpful in giving directions for my trips in the town. Amenities in the room were very good with a good supply of toileteries to water, chocolate snack, Ramyeon and coffee, tea readily available. I didnt lack for anything including a face mask."
