"The hotel is run by a lovely family. They spoke English and it helped me a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. I had the New York room. The reflective ceiling was fascinating. Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them."

"Хозяин скинул подробную схему, как пройти к квартире. Постоянно был на связи с нами. Идеальное расположение аппартаментов. Центр Астаны. Все достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности. Даже мини-рынок находится на 1 этаже этого замечательного комплекса (от аптеки, продуктов до одежды). В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: тарелки, вилки, ложки, фужеры, плита для варки (если вам понадобится), чайник и пр. НО самое главное это ВИД с 35 этажа на красивейшие здания Астаны. Любовались вечерами видами из окна. Мы не готовили еду, так как рядом было кафе ИЗБУШКА, где можно было покушать вкусно и недорого. Обязательно вернемся летом ! Спасибо за гостеприимство!"
