"Мы словно в сказке очутились! Очень ярко украшена территория, холл, ресторан - всё сверкает, много фотозон! Персонал очень приветливый! Завтрак в ресторане на выбор из трёх по меню - очень вкусно! Атмосфера приятная и расслабляющая. Номера чистые, сантехника в идеальном состоянии, фен, одноразовые принадлежности, ведёрко для мусора с автоматическим открыванием, мелочь, а приятно! Приветственные 2 бутылочки воды и чай (черный/зелёный) бесплатно. Также есть платный мини бар. Комфортная кровать, уютный балкон с креслами и столиком - всё замечательно! Здесь можно дополнительно заказать бассейн огромный и чистый, с сауной. Прям отдохнули от городской суеты и повседневной жизни) Это то место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова! Советую 💯 P.s. чувствуется, что хозяин вкладывает в это место всю душу! Желаю Вам процветания!!!"

"Large, spotless clean apartment with all amenities. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Great wifi, balcony with a decent view, kitchen and dining area. There's a small convenience store, facing the road. The owner/manager is very helpful. They are very responsive on WhatsApp. I wish I could stay here longer. I'll be back for sure!"

"The best thing about this hotel are the people who take care of it. They have all been kind, warm people, ready to help and looking for a solution to any problem no matter how small or more important it arises. I liked the flexibility to adapt to the changes that arise. They speak Kazakh and Russian so if they are not one's own languages, prepare to use online translator. I requested clothes washing and they were delivered to me dry and fresh in three hours. The coffee at the reception is incredibly rich. El restaurant"
