"The hotel is located in the center, but Vientiane is the most quiet capital in S-E Asia so the bedrooms aren't noisy at all The staff is super friendly The suite we were in was really nice, the bed really comfortable Coffee machine with nespresso-like capsules is a nice addition There's a big supermarket less than 10 mins from the hotel"
"In the room description, it was mentioned that there would have a been a kitchen area with microwave, but no microwave in sight, and it's more like a bar area with a few dishes, than a kitchen area"
"The breakfast was modest but everything I needed Salad fruit & cereal buffet, eggs to order. Other hot dishes (bacon tomato & Asian), bread / toast and coffee self serve. Nothing missing just eggs not always cooked to my taste but I’m fussy - scrambled was the best The Front desk and housekeeping staff were fabulous always offering to help and nothing was too much trouble. All of the hotel was clean comfortable and I felt very secure staying there Room was spacious and could spread out easily. Great bathroom with separate shower / bath. Good air conditioning and small fridge in room Walking distance to night food market restaurants cafes etc. Breakfast only at the hotel."
"TV did not work well especially english channels. Could occasionally hear dogs barking at night. Sometimes the hot : cold water mix in the shower was tricky. Not really a problem though"

"They upgraded me to a bigger room free of charge. The bathtub is great. The water pressure is strong. The amenities provided were excellent and exactly what I needed like hairdryer and ironing materials (board and flat iron). The buffet breakfast is greay as well amd offered a lot of choices. There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well. If you walk around you will find famous cafes such as Joma and Hard Rock. Namphou Park is nearby as well. Overall, I will recommend staying here. Great value for your money."

"GREAT, wonderful front desk staff, just wonderful. Nice location and can walk to a lot of the city's sites. Goof WiFi. Good hot water. Great restaurants right around the corner. Great cold refrigerator. Taxi to/from the airport cost about $7.00 US Dollars. Nice large room. King bed with nice balcony. AGAIN, great front desk staff."
