"A nice place in a great location in the historic part of Savannakhet. The owner Nico is a very friendly and welcoming guy who gave me great information about nice places to eat and things to see and do in and around Savannakhet. The room is almost like a small apartment with an entry area, bathroom and a bedroom so there is a lot of space."

"Good location 10 minute walk away from the Mekong river and the night market which starts at around 6pm. Friendly owners. Comfortable and rustic room with bed cozy bed, hot water shower and powerful, frigid AC."

"There are not a lot of downsides to this place. If you are like me and find homestays a bit uncomfortable, what with living in another person's home and all, then you may have some dislike with that. But that is a personal issue and nothing against the property."

"Very cozy and friendly homestay. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and well-functioning AC. Shower worked fine and had hot water. There was also an electric kettle in the room which was a nice touch. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the Mekong river with a Buddhist monastery in walking distance as well as a convenience store which has everything you may need."

As soon as you arrive, it gives you all the information about the interesting places in Savannakhet, as well as practical advice about customs and life in Laos. The quality-price ratio is very good. Also, the place is very quiet at night. I recommend this place for people who value quality rest and silence."

"Excellent, great WiFi very fast, spacious room, good bedding, well located very close to the historical quarter. ,The Franco Lao couple will help you for any of your requests,.they are very resourceful.they could pick you up at the airport or bus station, renting a vehicle They know a lot of unseen location where they can bring you there such as old temples with murals, monkey forest, birds life around a big lake..For the price it is incredible Highly recommended Catherine"

"Nico and his family welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like at home from the first steps. The rooms are tastefully decorated, all amenities working really well. The beds were really comfy, and the AC was really appreciated given the heat. The location was pretty good too, walking distance from restaurants and some more live areas. We rented a motorcycle too, which was convenient to reach further parts of the city. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Everything was wonderful! Niko & his family are excellent hosts! The place itself is beautiful, the house is lovely, the rooms are great! The bed is comfy and the ac works amazing! The showers are also very stylish! Niko gave us awesome suggestions around Savannakhet! Would definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Savannakhet😃"
