"It is located in the heart of the city , Nisreen is the heart of the place , she was very kind and gave us everyday all the information we needed . We booked for one night and we stayed almost 2 weeks because we love that she gave us every day an intinerary for viziting the country ."

"The most helping was Nisreen , we booked 2 nights but every morning she gave us tips and tricks for the country so we ended up staying 13 nights, Nisreen makes this place nice even if it has a lot of “ - “ . If you have a employer of the year she is the star everyday with a smile on her face Is located in the heart of Beirut , I always found a parking place ."

"When I came at the check in was night , the receptions wanted us to pay 100 S guarantee for the room witch is not specified before booking . He keeps us 1 H and 20 minutes to make a check in even he had free rooms just to piss us off , we payed a half night fee for the early check in at 5 in the morning . The hotel needs to be renovating , the bathroom is always full of watter and the walls need new paint"
