"They can work more on maintenance (the TV and balcony door had issues), but the AC was great and the view was amazing. No electricity issues; obviously they have a generator to handle power outage."

"I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Mohammad, in particular, was amazing. He assisted me with my luggage and always made sure everything was okay. I also met Ali in the morning, such a warm and welcoming guy. I actually love Lebanese people. As for the room, it was clean, comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Definitely a great place to stay!"

"What i liked the most was the vibes the hotel gives, complete privacy, very polite staff who can help with any order or demand swiftly. Mr. Ali was very kind and generous with us, his attitude is remarkable and friendly. We had some extra demands and the hotel had no problem to give us."

"I had some points that i included when i reserved but unfortunately not all were noted, eventhough i received a message that everything will be done as i want, they asked my partner to pay eventhough the reservation was in my name, when i called the receptionist to inform him about the note i left (please let me pay the bill not my partner) and the approval i got, he then told me that he didnt check the note on the reservation."
