"1. The complimentary items in my fridge weren’t complimentary 😂 I took chocolates and a juice and had to pay for it. Not that it’s bad but I wasn’t informed I was to pay for these so on seeing the bill 3days into my stay, I was shocked 2. Laundry was pretty expensive yet my clothes weren’t clean. I had whites (singlets & socks) that came back looking unwashed/dirty just smelt of soap. My clothes smell really soapy like they weren’t rinsed at all and also they came back damp 🙂 Laundry experience was 0/10 I just gave out money"
