"Lovely spot! I ended up extending my stay twice, as I was just too comfortable in the space. The staff are lovely, there are lots of different spaces to hang out in, the coworking space is very convenient. Coffees are delicious. And it's nice to be outside of all the Ahangama hecticness and be across the road from the beach."

"I’ve booked for 3 nights and I ended up staying 1 week. I would have stayed more if I could. Next time I come I will def stay here. It’s perfect for digital nomads. I felt like I was living there. The owner and all the staff are soooo friendly and they make you feel at home. Best part is the food of the cafe and restaurant. They do theme nights at the restaurant and fortunately my last night, Angelo Saltamonte, an amazing Italian singer was performing and it was the perfect way of saying goodbye to Sri Lanka. Couldn’t have been a better place to stay."

"The perfect getaway. The Kumbuk Chalet was just amazing, the bathroom needs a little bit of renovation but as long as it is clean it doesn’t really matter. The staff was really nice, they were very helpful when my bag was taken by mistake and investigated immediately, everything turned out well. Restaurant is very good and the surroundings are just so calm and relaxing."

"My room had a spectacular sea-view, I mentioned this special request (to have a sea-view position); my request was more than respected. From my balcony, it seemed that I saw the whole shore detail and the Ocean water. The room was a quiet one, clean and safe. The breakfast was as good as it's possible in the visited country, anyway acording to the Hotel Classification. The Reception and Hotel Manager Head - Mr. Indika - is a very kind, instructed and rapid and deep understanding person. Everything went excelent in this Hotel, so I will come again to be hosted here."

"Very friendly host, Mr Dnanath, had excellent command of English and was very keen to chat and tell us about the property, his family and the surrounding area. It’s a family run business with no staff. In addition to the large and comfortable bedroom, complete with en-suite, fridge, filtered water and air conditioning, we had the run of the house, which included a large indoor dining area and large balcony. It is in a quiet neighbourhood close to a lovely Moragalle Beach, just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was good (excellent omelette, sausage, toast and jam and fruit). Beautifully kept gardens. Highly recommended"
