"This place is right on the surfing beach with an amazing view. The turtle beach is about a 2 minute walk one direction while Parot Rock and the sand beach is about 2 minutes walking the other direction. There are many restaurants nearby."

"Amazing seaview, a small oacis of rest in busy Mirissa. Nimesh is the kindest, sweetest most helpful person, and we really loved to stay in his place. All was very clean and comfortable and we had a wonderful time for 6 nights i his little homestay which has only two rooms. Thank you for everything Nimesh!"

"The location was very good, on the beach and midway between parrot rock and coconut hill top. Also the main beach was 5 mins walk away."
"The plumbing was horrendous, there was very low flow in the shower, the flush was not consistent, had to open the tank and adjust everytime before flushing. The owner also stays in the same property so he closed the main gate at night so we had to come from the backside."

"This property is great value for money. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We borrowed a snorkel and walked 5 mins to see turtles on the beach. Nimesh was a kind host and was available when needed."
"The only issue was a restaurant nextdoor playing music until about 23:30. We spoke to the restaurant and they turned the music down second night."
"The loation of this property is incredibly you can see both Parrot rock and coconut hill and the property is located in the middle of them. It was a highlight of my stay being able to see them both from outside my room. The host was very friendly and gave me lots of information on the area when checking in which was super helpful."
"The restaurant/ bar around the property played music loudly until 11.30/12am which made sleeping difficult i could also hear the people next door having conversation very clearly. I sleep with ear plugs in and could hear both of these even with them in so that would be something to be wary of. But I would still stay here again because of its location."

"My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The location is great, right next to Yala National Park. The huts are hand-built, made of clay, living in them is a unique experience. The host is very kind and friendly, helps in any way he can, we are very grateful to him for that and are glad that we met! 😊 The host also prepared some delicious traditional food for us. He will also help with organizing a safari, and can take you around the area himself and tell you interesting stories!"

My rooms that had over 15 foot ceilings, everything made of stone, fans and air conditioning, the nature surrounding us, the Pool and the hotel grounds, the warm and amazing staff! My stay was short and I regret not staying longer. Just AMAZING and also the owner was there to answer all my questions and last minute demands. Don’t forget to tip the staff because they go over and beyond for you."

"What an unforgettable stay! The location of this camp is beautiful and perfectly located for the safari tour. You have direct access to the dune area during sun set hours. Just be aware that you will have to walk quite a bit through deep sand and there are a lot of nature sounds during the night."

"the location is quiet and Bindu’s wife is an amazing host! She welcomed me with a fresh juice and I had a delicious dinner. the bed is comfortable and the AC works accordingly. also good wifi and a perfect coffee in the morning. Really enjoyed my stay here! Would highly recommend!"
