"We spent 3 nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The owner Sanjeeva and his team went above and beyond to make out stay enjoyable and were very helpful in helping us arranging transportation and activities when required. Rooms are very clean and beds confortable. The lounge and pool area are beautiful and quiet. Food is really nice. All in all, a little paradise to come back to after a hot day discovering the area!"

"We stayed at Sevanagama at the end of Jan 2025 and loved everything about our two days there. The room was facing the gardens, and in the morning, we could see hornbills flying by. The owner gave us a lot of great advice about places to visit nearby and organized a car to go to Kandy when we left. For us, being a bit further from the main road was perfect to enjoy nature and tranquility with delicious meals in the evenings. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"Tranquil location, large modern comfortable rooms, excellent bed and bedding, and of course, helpful attentive staff. We really loved our stay here. It was close enough to all the sites but away from the road and the noise. The staff were so kind and helpful. Food was good all in all a wonderful place to stay."

"My husband and I spent five nights at Sevanagama where we based ourselves to see the cultural sites. It was a perfect setting to come “home” to each day. I loved waking up to the symphony of birds and jungle sounds while sitting on our balcony with a morning coffee. The grounds are well maintaining and lovely. We ate dinner there every night and found the food and service to be very good. Special thanks to the manager, Indika, for taking such good care of us. Highly recommend."

"Amazing location , great pool, good food , very clean accommodation and really nice and professional staff. We were a group of friends and everyone was very helpful, nice and caring. We received great advices for our trip. We want to thank the staff for everything and, especially many thanks to Kumar. It was the best stay in Sri Lanka for us and we would definitely come back. We stayed only 2 nights but we recommend more than a 2 nights stay. We highly recommend Sevanagama as it is a wonderful, peaceful location with great people. 😊"

"My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The location is great, right next to Yala National Park. The huts are hand-built, made of clay, living in them is a unique experience. The host is very kind and friendly, helps in any way he can, we are very grateful to him for that and are glad that we met! 😊 The host also prepared some delicious traditional food for us. He will also help with organizing a safari, and can take you around the area himself and tell you interesting stories!"

"I can’t put into words just how beautiful and spectacular this place is. Honestly WOW! My rooms that had over 15 foot ceilings, everything made of stone, fans and air conditioning, the nature surrounding us, the Pool and the hotel grounds, the warm and amazing staff! My stay was short and I regret not staying longer. Just AMAZING and also the owner was there to answer all my questions and last minute demands. Don’t forget to tip the staff because they go over and beyond for you."

"What an unforgettable stay! The location of this camp is beautiful and perfectly located for the safari tour. You have direct access to the dune area during sun set hours. Just be aware that you will have to walk quite a bit through deep sand and there are a lot of nature sounds during the night."
