"The hotel was located very well. In a quiet location and about 7 minutes walk from Galle Fort. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The room was very spacious and at the same time comfortable. The balcony was simply huge, with sun loungers and palm trees. Everything was very clean, of high quality, good pressure of hot water. Very friendly, helpful staff. When we left for another place, the hotel manager had arranged for us a car at a good price. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay close to the Galle historical center, but in a quiet place! I think if you take the Orchard room on the 3-d floor, you will be impressed as much as we were."

"Although some areas look tired in some places, indoors everything is super clean. There is an iron in the room. For the continental breakfast we received a freshly made omelette, bread, butter, two different jams and a full plate of 5 types of sliced fruits, as well as papaya juice. Swimming pool."

"The only thing that would make it a 10 would be UK sockets, or more 'standard' sockets around the room. They were all 3-pin round sockets, which aren't really used anywhere now."

"My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The location is great, right next to Yala National Park. The huts are hand-built, made of clay, living in them is a unique experience. The host is very kind and friendly, helps in any way he can, we are very grateful to him for that and are glad that we met! 😊 The host also prepared some delicious traditional food for us. He will also help with organizing a safari, and can take you around the area himself and tell you interesting stories!"

My rooms that had over 15 foot ceilings, everything made of stone, fans and air conditioning, the nature surrounding us, the Pool and the hotel grounds, the warm and amazing staff! My stay was short and I regret not staying longer. Just AMAZING and also the owner was there to answer all my questions and last minute demands. Don’t forget to tip the staff because they go over and beyond for you."

"What an unforgettable stay! The location of this camp is beautiful and perfectly located for the safari tour. You have direct access to the dune area during sun set hours. Just be aware that you will have to walk quite a bit through deep sand and there are a lot of nature sounds during the night."
