"This is the hotel that responded the quickest to all our enquiries as our flight was late and we needed a place that would be open. It was one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel as some other hotels did not bother to respond. The reception was polite and helpful - 5 stars for their work! The room we stayed in was big, clean and the bed very comfy. We had the best night sleep there. Breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from, but not many hot options."
"We loved the hotel and we thought the staff were brilliant, but the hotel itself needs a bit of refurbishing. The balconies are only separated with a chain from the other rooms, maybe a glass divider or even tall plants would look better and give more privacy."

"The rooms are spacious, quiet and has comfortable bed. The view was great and the lake and walks by it were very nice. The food at the restaurant is tasty, though more flexibility would be appreciated as some food was too dry and a souse would have helped to fix it but the kitchen refused to give it even when money was offered. The waiter was nice and said that she will pass it to the management, so let's hope the management will find a way to fix it and make it great. The saunas are great as they are properly heated."
