"Climbing down from the upper capsule is not completely easy nor smooth, so if you are a person with reduced mobility you might have some problems. Location is not super central but Klaipeda is not big so in few minutes by bus you'll be in the center"

"The facilities of the room and the whole place are great. Everything is very clean and spacious!"

"It's quite far outside the centre so you will definitely spend some money on Bolts, but that's fine. They seem to have some issues with the room and key codes, cause they sent us a wrong code first and we had to call to get the right one. And they had some last-minute changes to my friend's room, which caused some confusion. Except for these minor issues, everything was great though!"

"I like everything that's inside this hostel, their beds are very comfortable and clean, the kitchen is full of useful stuff and everything is high quality."

"I've stayed here multiple times and never had a problem but this time communication with the staff was really tough. I didn't receive self check in details until I requested it(I've never had anyone check me in from the reception, it's always been self check in so that's why) and they usually send it earlier. Later on I was struggling to get somebody to answer the phone, someone had received the message with the same check in details so they had taken my key card. Finally I got an alternative key card but no instructions that it'd be a different bed. I had no time to get in at the moment and once I got back to go to sleep it took me a while to sort things out on my own. Also O struggled to use cooking facilities because they had some pans that were a mismatch to the oven and luckily only one of the guests understood what was going on.Like I said I really like this place and I'd stay again but their customer service has to improve."

"The hostel has a big well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. The capsule beds and bedsheets were very comfortable, everything was very clean. The hostel is not big so it accommodates only a few people at a time - which means it will most likely be calm and quiet."

"The hostel is a little bit further from the city centre than expected, but there are good bus connections. I stayed in the upper capsule and it has very uncomfortable to get up there - it's very high and the steps should look more like stairs - I didn't feel safe getting down as I couldn't see the step I was taking."
