"Soundproofing is very bad. Bathroom door operates weirdly and super loud. Staff behaved a bit too uninterested and familiar. Nescafe satchels instead of usual coffee capsules."

"Gym opening hours and also breakfast opening hours. Would like the gym to have been 24/7 as the 7am - 10pm schedule didn't work well for me. Breakfast starting at 6:30am would have also been preferable - Minor points of feedback - Would definitely stay here again."
