Viva Trakai is situated at the shore of Lake Galve, 0.6 mi from the 14th century Trakai Castle, of which some accommodations feature scenery, have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The suites boast classical interior design complemented with individual vintage elements. Each comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom. Guests are welcome to relax in the on-site sauna. There is in addition a playground for children and boat rental. The on-site dining area serves a variety of European dishes, as well as a selection of beverages. It features a terrace with a fountain and a scenery of the castle. Viva Trakai is placed within the Trakai Historical National Park, 16 mi west of Vilnius.

"We stayed in a room with a spa bath and we enjoyed it. The room is equipped with mini fridge, kettle. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Trakai Island Castle is what you see from your room window. The breakfast is out of this world - very fresh and super tasty."

"I was concerned originally booking what was listed for up to 4 people for just me but the room was just right for 1 person. Three of the beds are in a loft and the sofa bed downstairs only sleeps one. While it looks large, the sauna takes up a considerable portion, so more people would be cramped. The star of this stay is Trakai Castle and the lake. From the chalet room. you looked right out at it both day and night. Views are great in the restaurant and the grounds. I thought the breakfast was exceptional, even though I read reviews critisizing it. Access to Trakai is an easy walk and even closer than some of the parking areas."
"The loft area is not easy to access or navigate. Breakfast starts at 10am which is a bit later than I would have preferred. It started out quite warm because the sauna had been on and it took hours to several cool down."
