"5 Stars – A Comfortable and Kind Stay at Apart2Stay We had a truly wonderful four-night stay at Apart2Stay in Luxembourg. The location is incredibly central—perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. From the front desk team who greeted us warmly and answered every question with a smile, to the cleaning staff who kindly helped us locate the washer and dryer (which were a little tricky to find at first!), everyone made us feel cared for and supported. We’d absolutely recommend Apart2Stay to anyone visiting Luxembourg—great value, great people, and a great place to stay."

"Because we were new to Luxembourg, we didn’t fully understand everything about the apartment. We didn’t realize we had to plug our key into the wall to get electricity to work. And we didn’t know where the washing machine was for a day. Otherwise, it was fabulous."

"Nice large apartment with plenty of room. Nice and clean with nice basic cooking supplies."

"No washer in the room, infered to in the description. It was in the basement, apparently. The check-in hotel reception gets you to the building. However, there was no indication of how to find the room. FYI, other than one room in the main hall, proceed through the building to the back door, out, and up the stairs. Save you embarrassment, however, you just might find the washer in the basement if you go downstairs."

"The main problem we encountered was the lack of an elevator to the second floor. Since we're here for a 5-day trip with 6 days left, hauling our two big suitcases up the steep stairs was really tough. It was difficult without anyone to assist us with our luggage. I suggest they assign someone for check-in and check-out assistance and offer the option to book a ground floor room to avoid this inconvenience."

"Very close to the train station, 15 minutes walking from city center. The breakfast is quite basic, but products and interior is good. Large duplex room with comfy beds and balcony."

"The neighborhood is not the perfect one, there are some homeless and junkies around. At the same time, it was quite during the night."
