"Easy access to the public transports ( tram right in front) so you can leave your car on the coque outside parking place for 15eur per night. Access to the swimming pool for a relaxing time with the family. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Water pressure for the shower was impressive. Staff were always very friendly."

"Access to the hotel after 10pm needs to be performed on the opposite side from the tram station ( basically you will need to go around the coque arena to get to the hotel entrance). There's no family rooms so you will need to have 2 rooms for a family of 4 (my room was perfect but my husband and son complained being cold during the night since rooms dont have heating with exception for the WC). During the weekends, it can be that are some sport events close to the restaurante area ( also the breakfast area) so it can get quite loud from those events since restaurante is right at the middle of the reception area on 1st floor."

"The access to the rooms from the reception is like a maze and I got lost. The access to the swimming pool is restricted to specific times. The restaurant closed at 3 pm on Sunday leaving no local options. The Coque hall' s entrance to the tram was locked overnight with no clear directions to enter the hotel, I had to walk around the sport complex (500m) in the cold evening rain. The mattress was too soft for my liking. The room did not have an iron and ironing board, I had to go to the laundry room that was a mess and not particularly clean. The temperature in the room was a bit low to my liking."

"Attached to the National Aquatic Center- free access to a 50m pool and diving boards. Right next to the tram line to downtown and airport. Very good breakfast. This is not a traditional hotel. Basically there are rooms attached to the National Aquatic Center where, I presume, the competitors stay and they rent the rooms out when there are no competitions."

"Spacious room and the beds were comfortable. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Breakfast is definitely worth it, nothing fancy, but really nice. Free motorcycle parking with camera surveillance, which was very important for me!"

"Shower water pressure was pretty poor. Due to my short stay I didn't really even bother to bring it up to the reception, but if I was about to stay longer, I would definitely ask for someone to check it. The entrance to the rooms area is not so nice, but not an issue at all."
