"I like Marbella, it is one of the places in Ventspils I stay at, when I visit. Outside rooms are the best, it gives more privacy with the separate entrance and outside patio. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Thank you!"

"I wish they would have an option of early check in and an option of later check out, even if it would be for the extra pay! I was in Ventspils early and had to wait for 4 hours until be able to check in and leave my luggage there. Check in is starting at 14:00. Very grateful that the girl at check in at least did let me get in 1 hour early. But it still broke my day in half and my reserved rent car was waiting for me all those hours. After all it was my Birthday day and it was sad to just waste it for waiting. Would be also a good idea to put some sort of small storage boxes somewhere on the territory, also for some small extra fee, so clients could leave their heavy belongings/bag there before or after check in. It could give the hotel some extra money and a great comfort and convenience to guests. I most of times leave Ventspils late and in between hotel check out and my departure I'd love to spend a day in the city or on the beach without my heavy bag, but still there's no option to leave it anywhere, even if I'm ready to pay for storage place and time. Almost non of the hotels in Ventspils didn't think of it this way. Why not to make it an extra business and make it comfortable for guests?!"

"Our room (the quadruple) was right on the street and only had one small window with no curtain. It was quite stuffy at night. No access to kitchen. I like a hard bed, but our bed was particularly rock-like."

"Nice location (waking not far to city center to the one side and to another - to the sea), big parking area net to the building behind the fence, small but on shared kitchen and nice and clean shared bathroom."

"In our room there was unpleasant smell from the shower, you get used to it, but still - not nice. Also we tried to cover skylight with blinds, but it's so high that it was almost an extreme adventure :D would be nice to find some special tool in the room to do that."

"I am kind of picky in terms of pillow height, but these pillows were simply massive! Hard to imagine that there are lots of people who like that chunky pillows. And unfortunately during our stay we felt smoke through the bathroom ventilation. Not sure if someone else was smoking in other rooms or how that got there. Floors were generally clean , but as I had small crawler, they could have been washed more generously."
