"Owner was very nice and personable. She spoke both some English and German well enough that we were able to communicate. You enter the home in a common entry. The room/apt is on the second floor with a separate bathroom shower room, toilet, kitchen space (refrigerator, water pot, microwave as well as some dishes, eating utensils) and a living room with a couch and table/chairs and then the bedroom with a cabinet to hang clothes. The bedroom and living room are joined but each can be locked separately. There is a balcony off the living room. The water pressure was good and the hot water was adequate. No complaints - we had a nice stay. The place was in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street."
"I think that a bike or car would be necessary to get to the city center, but I am not sure about this as i didn't attempt to walk from this home."
"Welcoming family owned accomodation, which is in the first floor of a family house. The host is an old couple, they don't speak english, but so kind, and really love the guests. WiFi is ok, and the house is just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment is spacious with a living room, bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom. Everything was super clean."

"Огромное спасибо нашей хозяйке Галине за гостеприимство. Она позволила нам выбрать комнату, на первом этаже в нашем распоряжении была кухня и Галина очень заботилась о нашем удобстве. В последний день она даже попросила свою внучку довезти нас до железнодорожного вокзала. Обязательно остановимся у неё в нашу следующую поездку в Сигулду."

"Bardzo miła, pomocna i kontaktowa właścicielka, której zależy aby goście czuli się jak u siebie domu. Mieliśmy dwa w pełni wyposażone pokoje, dwie łazienki, dostęp do kuchni i ogrodu oraz miejsce parkingowe na posesji oraz szybki internet. Niestety byliśmy tam tylko jedną noc, a z przyjemnością zostalibyśmy dłużej... Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy :)"

"Die Besitzerin ist super lieb, spricht nur wenig Deutsch und Englisch, aber total bemüht. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Kiosk in der Nähe, wo man sich noch verpflegen kann. Das wifi ist schnell."
"Es war ein wenig warm im Zimmer und man hat nicht wirklich die Möglichkeit das groß zu regulieren. Ein bisschen mehr Tee Auswahl wäre noch top, als nur schwarz und grün."

"Nice private place with a designated parking place right at the entrance gate. Great location for families with kids due to a public playground next to the property. We found the bathrobes and slippers very thoughtful for going to the outdoor toilet facilities. Hosts were very responsive regarding our request for the heater as the end of September is quite chilly. Though having it already on would make arrival more cosy. However, the place heated up quickly."

"Everything was awesome! The host was kind and always responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was cozy and clean, so it truly felt like home. The location was also perfect, close to gyms, supermarkets, the university, and the bus station."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
