"The hospitality shown by Jacqueline and her staff was second to none.the breakfast prepared every morning was such a treat.the location inside the medina made it walkable. Her riad from the location to the architecture to the service and hospitality is more than you can imagine. I caught a cold while I was there and was shuttered in my room .Jacqueline came to my rescue. She went to the pharmacy,got me meds so I would feel better.which I did.If in marrakech you must stay here and meet this special woman and her special riad."

"The owner, Jacqueline went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay at her riad. She arranged transportation from the train station and met my taxi driver to ensure a smooth transfer. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were supervised by the owner. Great location in the Medina with taxis available within a short 5 minute walk. The riad was quiet with no noise ensuring a good night's sleep. Room was spacious and well appointed. Jacqueline also helped me with reservations which was much appreciated."

"We had the most amazing stay at Riad Jnane d’O. Jacqueline was the most kind, welcoming, and incredible hosts we have met in our travels. She greeted us at our taxi and walked us to her Riad - it was so lovely to be so welcomed. Her Riad is a sanctuary and no detail has been spared. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Our room was spotless and the staff kept the entire Riad perfectly clean every day. The Riad was in the perfect location - we could easily walk to the markets or to taxi stand for our excursions. We highly recommend Riad Jnane d’O and hope to return some day."

"Our host Jacqueline was absolutely brilliant. We couldn't have wished for a better Rhiad or location. Nothing was too much trouble. Our luggage was taken to the Rhiad when we arrived and when we departed, again our luggage was taken for us to our awaiting taxi. Jacqueline came with us to make sure our driver was there, so much care was taken by her to ensure everything was right. We had better treatment with Jacqueline than a 5* hotel. Wonderful breakfast every morning, and always something different for us to try. To sum up Jacqueline was exceptional and we would highly recommend her to any traveller thinking of visiting Marrakech. Thank you for your kindness Jacqueline."

"Jacqueline; the owner/host is a wonder. With only five rooms to let you really get the feeling that you are home in some exotic land. The rooms are spacious, the location great and breakfasts so special. No pool but spent hours on the roof. A very special place."

"Jacqueline was a wonderful host, we got a lot of useful travel advice during our first stay in Morocco. The Riad is like a little paradise. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts in the court under the orange trees and the afternoon relaxation on the roof terrace. The hotel staff was super kind and professional. The location is excellent, within 15 minutes of walking from the main square. Also there are some nice restaurants nearby. We would love to return some day."
