"Very beautiful and well maintained riad. The owner and staff were very warm and welcoming. We loved the young man from Errachidia who helped us park our car, get to our room, put the soccer game on our TV, and served us breakfast. The riad was attached to the Medina so a very quick walk over, but quiet at night."

"firat the staff is exceptional! Oumaima was the main hostess and was extremely kind but also helpful in arranging transport for me to another city as well as letting me know about laundry services the Riad could provide and general suggestions and directions in the Medina. second, the breakfasts were outstanding. the homemade bread was the best I've ever had. so flaky cranny on the outside but extremely soft on the inside. lastly, the Riad is beautiful and the room was enjoyable to stay in."

"can't think anything really that I didn't like. if I had to say something, maybe a little closer to the blue gate a that was how I entered the Medina every day. but it's already. lose enough, just about an 8-minute walk."

"The property is stunning and impeccably clean. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options including breads, fruits, and sweet treats. Siham truly masters the art of hospitality! She is amazing and caring, just like the rest of the staff! Definitely the highlight of the place. When we couldn’t reach the tour we had booked, she went above and beyond to contact them and ensure we had a great experience. Finally, the location is perfect, just a few steps from the Medina. I highly recommend this place!"

"A wonderful stay at Riad Al Mazar in Fes. The riad is beautifully decorated, very clean, and full of authentic charm. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. It’s a peaceful place in a great location, perfect for experiencing the heart of the medina. I truly enjoyed my time there and would happily return."

"Everything but especially the wonderful treatment provided by longtime concierge Siham and her staff and the ornate but restrained decoration masterminded by owner Halid. I bought spring vegeatbels (artichoke bottoms, favas and peas) in the Rcif market on our first day and for our lunch on the second Sihad arraned for the kitchen to make them into a tagione for us, perhaps the best dish we ate in Morocco. One of the all time favorite hotels anywhere of two longtime travellers."

"Poor WiFi reception, no restaurant, only a bread-heavy breakfast without choices. The lobby area was unheated and so the guests and owners had to wear jackets or coats."

"The staff was super friendly. We felt immediately welcome and the hotel itself is recently updated and beautiful. It is located right at the entrance to the medina, which made exploring easy. They connected us with a local tour guide as well which was helpful in navigating the medina and actually getting to meet some locals."

"The staff were superb, with attentive and friendly service on all subjects that arose. Good advice on restaurants and tour guides. The building is gorgeous, in both the public spaces and our individual room. Breakfast was prepared well but just too generously! Location is terrific, in a part of the old Medina where it’s actually possible to park a car, and only about a five minute walk from the Blue Gate and the main “street” through the Medina."
