"Very good value for the money and very close to the beach. Being on the Leeward side of the island, the water was usually calm and very clear."

"Three things that might sound a little petty, a large full king size blanket is needed for the bed. The side tables to the bed were way too low, and it would be nice to have a toilet paper roll holder."

"Location is right on the beach. Located on the 3rd floor with an easy staircase down to the beach or the main road should you want to get something to eat. We didn't rent a car because everything is within walking distance ( grocery, restaurants, beach bars, beach, etc )"

"Would have loved an umbrella to go with the provided beach chairs ( though I understand that could be easily destroyed which is why it isn't included ). Also, please consider adding a small, soft-sided cooler for the beach and more ice trays for the freezer."

"This apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location. The view was gorgeous, the AC worked great, and the bed was super cozy. Just far enough from the late-night noise of Rainbow, but still close to everything. Our third stay in Grand Case and definitely not our last here!"

"The view was spectacular! The porch looks right onto the beach and you can see and hear the waves while laying in bed. Clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped apartment right on the beach and close to all the great bars and restaurants Grand Case has to offer. The host could not be more helpful and even offered some great restaurant suggestions which we enjoyed."

"While we stayed in October during shoulder season, this accommodation was priced lower than its neighbor but boasts the same, incredibly beautiful view and beach access. The open air kitchen is separated from the bedroom by a sliding glass door. Even with the door shut, the ocean is near enough that the sound will lull you to sleep at night. Grand Case is one of the best beaches on the island - an inlet with gentle waters and close to some of the finest restaurants within walking distance. The studio is perfect for 2 people, had what we needed to prepare simple breakfast, lunches snacks and drinks, and offers instant beach access and an unbeatable ocean view. You can see Anguilla across the way. The air conditioning turns off to save energy when you leave the apartment, and cools the place quickly when you return by pressing "turbo" mode. Our host and Charles his property manager offered gracious hospitality. Free parking in front of the building."

"I can’t rave enough about the location! From my second-floor studio, it worked like I could reach out and touch the ocean. It was simply amazing! The beach was literally outside the door of the ground floor. Parking is also available. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the spot. Just down the beach are several eateries of all types. There is a pharmacy and multiple grocery stores within walking distance as well as an ATM."

"I really can’t say that there’s anything I didn’t like about the property. Being so close to the ocean, there’s going to be some minor wear."

"The apartment was absolutely fantastic—perfectly located, with the ocean drifting in at night like a dream. No A/C needed thanks to the wonderfully refreshing breeze 😊. And the view… absolutely stunning! Bruno was an incredibly helpful host, and Steven welcomed us with so much warmth. He explained everything perfectly and was always there whenever we needed him. It’s the ideal spot—close to everything, yet just far enough from the late-night noise at Rainbow to enjoy total peace. We can highly, highly recommend Beyond Seas Studio—an amazing place to stay and one we’d return to in a heartbeat!"
