"Great location! The unit is within gated community. Very calm and quiet environment. Waking up with ocean view was priceless, and having the feet in tve sand right out of the door was amazing. I had my morning coffee on the beach each morning. Btw, because it’s a closed community, there was barely any traffic at the beach and the pool, which made both feel almost private. Within walking distance are a handful of very decent restaurants, bakery, store for basic needs. We would certainly consider the community again for a quiet and calm vacay."

"A few minor items that would make the stay outstanding, like provisions toiletries (bath soap, shampoo). And maybe leaving a dehumidified would help too (to help minimize moisture from frequent tropical rains)."

"The location is great, lovely seafront view, access to 3 pools, nearby restaurants and french bakery. Outdoor area has good facilities and privacy. Kitchen is compact but has lots of kitchen appliances available. I would advise having a car to stay here."

"A couple of very minor things that would improve the stay would be to have more towels available for longer stays and that the wifi doesn't extend to the outdoor area."

"Le logement était propre, confortable, bien situé. Les pieds dans le sable. La présence de 2 piscines dans le lotissement est appréciable , elles étaient propres et bien entretenue. La plage juste en bas et baie rouge à proximité est fort appréciable également. Proche du centre de marigot avec Super U. Pharmacie et boulangerie juste en face. J’ai tellement aimé que j’y suis aller 2 fois un vrai petit bijoux. La vue sur la mer la terrasse tout était super. Les hôtes Sylvie et Joël sont d’une bienveillance et d’une proximité plus qu’agréable. Toujours à l’écoute et disponible et surtout de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement."

Logement très bien aménagé, confortable, et très propre, au calme. Proche de quelques bons restaurants, où nous pouvons s’y rendre à pied et où le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel. "The apartment was immaculate and Delphine was an attentive host who also gave us our privacy. The location is fantastic!! Very short walk to beach and village- with coffee and fresh french croissants only a few steps away, we never made breakfast in. Delphine includes two beach chairs and shade at the top WAI beach with full food and bar service, so you never have to leave the beach unless you want to. Baie Oreintal is a very long and lovely beach for easy long walks and swimming. And the “food court” has numerous restuarants- all of them great. There are several little general stores, so we never had to use our rental car except to and from the airport. We would definitely come back again. (Delphine’s last name is the same as my first name, but we are not related and had never met before.)"

"To say this is a hidden gem is a huge understatement. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. Not only is the beach about 15 yards away, but there are three pools you can also use. Fantastic area fantastic apartment."

"The location was wonderful! It was easy walking distance to restauants, shops and the marina with beautiful views overlooking the beach. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and responded to all questions very quickly. I would very much like to return!"

The hosts were very responsive and knowledgeable of the Island, and they thoughtfully provided everything we might need for a day at the beach or making a meal in the modern kitchen. The apartment is in an excellent location with a great view of the harbor and a short walk to resturants and bakeries in town. The pool was a nice option. The WiFi signal was strong."
