"This is my second stay at Studio St.martin. One of the main reasons is the location of the apartment. Short car drive to beaches on French Side and best of all 10minutes to Grand Case where you can find some of the best restaurants on the island. Then when you get you can relax overlooking the Cul de Sac water front."

"It was beautiful! It was right on the beach. We were able to kayak to Pinel island with no trouble. We even saw turtles on the way. We had three apartments and it was perfect for my family! We were close but had our own space. Everything was clean and comfortable!"

"Loved having kayaks available to use. The private outdoor kitchen/lounge area was also extremely nice and we made very good use of it. While the pool was small it was great to jump into and cool off after running, hiking, and kayaking."

"We hadn't realized that we wouldn't be able to drink the water. Not a huge deal as filtered water was readily available from the grocery store. Everything was very clean except the linens, which were slightly stained. Odd housekeeping services - no tissues, limited toilet paper, and they only cleaned on our second day out of 5 days total. This was not a big deal for us, but might be for some. The ocean access was pretty mucky and we would not have enjoyed swimming from the beach here."

"For our first time traveling to St. Martin, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful location, comfortable bed, and all the needed amenities. We just got home, and already miss being there."

"Bruno is such an amazing host, he made everything easy. We're so happy to have found such a place to stay at in Saint-Martin. We would definitely stay at his property again if we had to visit the island again. The dogs are so nice and smart : a quiet presence, which contributed to making our stay unique. The younger one swam to Pinel island to hang out with us on the beach, it was such a surprise to find him there. We had him hop on the kayak back to the house, which he enjoyed very much."

"The property is gorgeous! Beautiful landscaping, palm trees, tropical blossoms, the pool, the bay, the sandy beach with the colorful kayaks, blues skies, a visual feast!"

"Everything you need. Free kayaks and only a 15 minute paddle to pinel island. The pool is right next to the private beach and has a great ocean view. Close to all the good restaurants but you don't have to deal with the noise. Also, the location has a merchandise shop in the garage where you can get souvenirs that are honestly better than most of the island for very good prices."

"Very quiet. Peaceful. A bit out there but great if goy rent a car or just want to relax. A highlight was having free kayaks and a quick kayak trip to pinel island. The outdoor kitchen and lounge area was amazing!"
