"As a Female Solo traveller I felt safe here , the staff were all extremely polite and helpful with booking me drivers for outings ( lemurs park ) and helping book my bus for the next day by continuously ringing them for me when the website wouldn’t let me book. "The staff. If I am going to remember anything from this hotel, it will definitely be the people. I am quite impressed how they were consistently nice and kind. It’s quite rare to see. Almost all guests were in the middle of a trip cancellation havoc but we were very well taken care off. Big thank you to all the receptionists, servers, room service, a gentleman who helped to open my suitcase - and Mr. Michel for listening and understanding."
