"We booked 2 apartments and a lakeview deluxe room. Apartments were spacious and comfortable and view was perfect. Hotel has a great location and staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and we recommend the restaurant for other meals as well. We enjoyed our stay a lot."

At this amazing hotel, we experienced exceptional understanding in the restaurant. Since we couldn't read the menu in Albanian and didn't know what to order, the incredibly welcoming staff assisted us, turning a typically problematic situation into a delightful experience. Dining here was delicious, and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We highly recommend booking accommodation at this hotel with half board."
