"Well-appointed and aesthetic room with all amenities and toiletries provided. Also a cute welcome pack that included authentic Macanese cookies. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff at the front desk. The bus stop is literally outside the hotel. Senado square is a 10 minute walk from there."

"First all the staff are very kind and friendly! They are so welcoming and helpful! The room is kinda small, but as a budget solo traveler it's enough. It's clean and they even have slippers and small treats in the room. I didn't expect for that price wow! It's a bit walk from Casino area or famous remains in the center, but it's very close to local markets and a very nice Chinese temple. If you want to enjoy more local feeling, this place is perfect for you. And it's just in front of a bus stop, the buses runs 24/7 in Macau so you don't have to worry about it!"
"It's a little dark and doesn't have a nice view since the window was facing kinda inside of the building, so don't expect a bright refreshing vibes too much."

"This hotel impressed us in many ways, starting by the elevators carpet that were changed 3 times a day and each new one had a greeting: "good morning", "good afternoon", and "good evening". The service at the indoor pool/spa was phenomenal. We were served by this great person named "JB". He was super kind, super focused on our wellbeing, providing towels, water, and wet-cold sent face towels whenever we needed. We didn't have to ask for anything, he knew what we needed. Breakfast was huge in options in both Chinese and international cosine. Everything we tried tasted special, and although it was busy, the staff was able to manage the amount of people with grace and professionalism. Last but not least, we were very thankful for the upgrades we received. Originally our booking was for the basic room, but both of the times we stayed there, we were upgrade to a beautiful and spacious suite."
