"- The hotel is close on foot from the nearby bus stops. It also offers free shuttle service at specific timeslots to reach the ferry terminal. - The staff was very helpful as I had to inquire about an issue related to the payment. They were very patient and kind when they explained to me how the process happens. The amount was frozen on my account and another similar amount was deducted. But they did unfreeze the first amount so everything was settled when I checked out. - The room is very spacious and the facilities were great. The view is really lovely and we felt really comfortable in the room."
