"The location was excellent and very near to my conference venue. It was also near the shopping center and restaurants. Overall, I liked the location"

"I did not like the stairs at the property; for me, it was hazardous, especially with suitcases and other bags in hand."

"The roof terrace was wonderful. Lovely governor and support staff. Smart and personable."

"Aucun."

"Close to centre of town (which would not suit some people, especially if beaches are your thing). Private rooftop deck (only for top suite)."

"Lots of stairs. Definitely not for people with mobility restrictions. Previous reviews have mentioned concerns with peeling paint, front door not locking properly, and common areas not up-to-date. Some of that has been addressed and they were continuing to upgrade while we were there. Street entrance door still doesn’t always lock. It is however an older building that has been renovated and is a tropical climate so some of the issues just come with the territory."

"The location couldn’t be any better. It is right in the center of the city, within close proximity to everything. The apartment is spacious and family friendly. It comfortably fit 5."

"Do not let this discourage you; cuz I will still return on my next trip. But… The peeling roof and some water dripping in certain areas. I found little paint chippings on my bed, floor and my bag. It was only in one room tho. Wish they would scrape it off or get a canopy of some sort to catch it. I still love the place tho."

"It was very clean and cozy. Great location because this was my first time taking my children to FDF that was excellent.Using the was a big bonus cook well equipped ...I would definitely book again."

"The hallway and bag holding space had to many roaches I know these uninvited guests feel their are boss . But regular spraying or roach bait can help curb the problem. We got a few running on our luggage especially when we were leaving the place.A few things needs a lil repair/maintenance."

"The entire villa was beautiful. Modern and clean. Location ... perfect"

"The light outside our villa never worked. I guess we booked the wrong floor, 3rd. Floor sooooooo many stairs with our suitcases 😢🤦‍♀️"

"Perfect location, beautifully done out with all the facilities you would need. The terrace which we had was wonderful."

"Loved everything about it!"

"Location was great. All amenities were functional. Clean. Comfortable"

"Security. The main entrance was not secured. Had an episode where a random stranger came banging on our door at night."

"The apartment is modern very comfortable and clean with all amenities including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer etc and it is very centrally located in the commercial centre of fort-de-france. We forgot to walk with our adapter to put our US flat end plugs into the European sockets so we had to buy an adapter to charge our phones and computers but this was easy to find. In addition to stores, bistros, restaurants and pharmacies, there's also a farmers market, a mall and a church very near the apt. The apt is only about 8-10 mins walk away from the ferry terminal and just a few minutes away from the park."

"The area from the entrance and up the steps to the door did not match the cleanliness of the apartment. It seems like this common area is not cleaned regularly and this was disappointing."

"Host was very friendly and patient. Smooth stay, will definitely return soon."
