"This hostel has a lovely atmosphere, I really enjoyed the common areas, the comfortable bed, the breakfast and plat de jour. Location is also good since it's near a major road where you can catch shared taxis."
"The only thing I didn't like was that one night, there was a lot of noise coming from the neighbor's room... and that is not even the hotel's fault..."
"Great place to stay in Noukchott. The place itself is beautiful, and in a nice neighbourhood within walking distance to anything you'd want to see. The bungalows are cosy and comfortable. Great hot showers and good buffet breakfast. Contrary to some other uncharitable reviews, I found the young guys working there to be helpful and pleasant. Sebastien the owner gives great travel advice. 10/10, would repeat!"

"This auberge is a little oasis in Nuakchot. Amazing breakfast (considering Mauritanian standards), great staff, clean and spacious restrooms, good water pressure and the owner Sebastian is a great guy. I had to stay way longer than expected because of some visa issues with Senegal and they made me feel at home."
"Is not the responsibility of the accommodation, but many guests don’t realize you hear EVERYTHING from one jaima to the other. People can be very noisy at 1-2 am with no respect to other guests. Maybe some signs of quiet hours could be placed?"

"The bungalows are amazing, well designed, seem totally new, with comfortable mosquito nets. The beds are really comfortable, the water in shower hot, the bed linen is fresh and crisp - best experience ever after travelling rough for a while."
