"Location, balcony, bed was comfortable, nicely furnished and kitchenette well stocked. The rooftop terrace was excellent just needs a few chairs and table. Stayed in two different locations in Birgu and this was my favourite. Recommend!"

"The doors opening and closing to the front door and all of the units was quite loud, but otherwise quiet in the building. The 4 am delivery to the confectionary store below was frustrating as they have signs everywhere in the neighborhood saying to respect the residents! Toiletries only includes hand soap at sink and body wash in shower. Had to ask for shampoo and received some the same day."

"The apartment is in a beautiful, historic neighborhood with classic Maltese architecture. It had everything we needed for our three-night stay and was super clean. The staff were very helpful and responsive. They let us check in early and gave us options for dropping off our bags after checkout. The pdf guide they shared was super useful and covered everything we needed to know. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others."

"Very convenient location in Birgu historic centre, about 3 minutes to bus station to Valletta, 20 minutes by bus to Valletta. Very close to war museum and fort, a short trip to Hypogeum and Tarxien temples. Good and efficient communication with host. As a warning, though: our room was on the highest floor and we had a lot of stairsteps to climb (good cardio exercise if you are reasonably fit). However, there is a luggage elevator available."

"Not necessarily a major inconvenient, but the bathroom is an enclosure, not a separate room. Dishes needed a bit of washing. Perhaps a microwave could be useful."

I really enjoyed the unique character of Birgu — quiet, authentic, and full of history. Staying here made my trip to Malta even more special.
