39 St. George

"We really liked staying in 39 St. George Hotel as the room was large and well maintained. Being on St. George's Square was a lively choice during the day, and mostly quiet at night, except for some extended bell ringing at early morning hours. We also enjoyed the staff and breakfasts at the wine bar across the square (same owners it seems). Victoria and Gozo were well worth the extra effort as the pace of life was slower and the crowds less than Valletta."

"Outstanding place! We stayed 5 nights. Central location and close to the bus station to go anywhere on the island. Breakfast is at the restaurant they own just a few feet away and it was great! The staff were accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. Hard to beat! Highly recommended."

"From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The location is great, lots of restaurants to choose from. The afternoon sun shines on our balcony so it was perfect for a late afternoon glass of wine, very relaxing. I guess if there’s one negative it’s the church bells that ring often, but ear plugs at night work just fine. I would definitely recommend 39 St George. Thank you!"

"This is a fabulous accommodation. Extremely well furnished and well maintained. It met all our needs. Located in the busy St Georges Square but the accommodation is sound proofed. It is spotlessly clean with a cleaner coming in every and doing a thorough clean. The owners and staff are all extremely helpful and they went out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable and comfortable. Nothing was too much for them"
