"The hotel staff was very kind, polite and responsive. We had some issues with the noise level coming from the street during the first night and upon our request they immediately reacted with moving us to a higher floor and much better room, so we got comfortable with the noise. The new room was really spacious and with a partial sea view which we really enjoyed during our stay!"
"We would expect a bit more in regards of cleanliness. For instance the windows were dirty blur, so the nice sea view was not in full to be experienced"

"St Julian is noisy outside but there is nothing the hotel can do. Rooms are sound proof."
"The location was ideal with the beach, restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The rooftop pool and bar staff were lovely, but all staff had smiles on their faces and booting was too much trouble. A special mention for Loredana, the customer service manager who genuinely couldn't be more helpful. There was nothing we didn't like, the freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee at breakfast get a special mention. Last plus point, the beds and bedding, first class. We had a short 4 night break without the family but will consider coming back again."
"There was nothing we didn't like but some rooms may be affected by the outside entertainment until the early hours, but this would be the same for all hotels. Higher floors or not facing the street may be preferable for some. It wasn't a problem for us but something to be aware of."

"The gentlemen to booked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the harbour and was very beautiful both day and night. We had a great time."
"Excellent location very near the harbour in a quieter street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Love the rooftop terrace with a view of the harbour. The bedroom, living room, kitchen were all well furnished and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and welcoming, checkin in checkout was quick and easy via the lockbox. We just parked in the big public parking area one street away so we didn't have to figure out whether street parking was allowed."
"Location is quiet, and we had the added bonus of being able to drop off our luggage early, as we landed that morning just after 10 am, the housekeepers were lovely and friendly. The apartment is well laid out, and we liked that it was lovely and cool, as the temperature outside was very warm! Air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom were quiet, which we both appreciated. Lots of added extras - including washing up liquid, loo rolls, toiletries etc."
