"The hotel had everything we needed. The room was great and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and with easy access to tours and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful from start to finish. We also really appreciated the option to book breakfast for the whole stay with a nice discount."

"There was honestly nothing I didn’t like. In one of the five rooms we booked, the air conditioning had a small issue, but it was nothing worth complaining about and didn’t affect our stay."

"The location was excellent. Close to beach area - walking distance. bus stop close. The adult pool was amazing, able to easy to get lounger and still felt private. The staff were very helpful."

"The place would be a 10/10 if the mattress were better. Had to take muscle relaxant before bed to make sleeping better. The hotel did put on mattress pad when asked which made a small difference. They need to invest in new mattresses."

"Location is good: clost to bus stops, local restorants and the beach. We got a superior room. It looks much better and larger than a standard one. It got a double bed and a sofa that can be also turned in another bed. Good for families 2+1 or even 2+2. The panoramic window and a small blacony look on the road and a hill (so no other building in front). While you might hear some road trafic it was not an issue due to double glass and quite neighbours."

"the kids are not allowed to use the swimming pool on the roof (adult drinks coctails there). The swimming pool downstairs is a bit small (about 4 x 5 m2) and a bit cold."

"A warm welcome with my bike! Courtiese staff at reception and the restaurant Facilities were convenient. nice atmosphere not too noisy but enough to feel you're not alone as O was a solo traveller. Bus stop literally across the hotel, mini market, and few restaurant literally yards away."

"The apartment was a tad tucked away and felt isolated, not part of the lovely hotel, which was a shame. But overall, it was very pleasing"

"My room was pleasant but has little mold on the roof so it maybe smelled wet weird smelly. Stuffs are has a good attitude. And i also booked good view room but reception gave us bad views but u loved Luna complex"
