"I loved the location and so walkable and safe. I loved the exterior and interior it wa so unique. I loved the specific breakfast very tasty and nothing to waste and great americano. I loved the staff and the guy serving breakfast turned me on to the FLEA market that weekend walking distance to the hotel."

"The room we chose was rather small and had a private exterior bathroom. It would have been fine for a one night stay but we stayed for 2 nights. No fault of the Lodge as it was clearly described in the listing. I would definitely stay at the Lodge again but would choose a different room."

"I love the architecture of the place especially the breakfast area. The staff were amazing! We had a lot of suitcases, and in order to get to our room we had to take a lot stairs. The staff were able to help us and carried our luggages to our room. Love the view across our hotel."

"Hotel is well decorated. Beds are comfortable. Its location is very close to the Palumbo shipyard. Around the area, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants."

To be able to sit in the history of an 18th century villa without sacrificing any modern convenience is a treasure. The location is just steps away from the ferry to Valletta and the public bus so everything is at your fingertips. Breakfast was lovely. Treat yourself and stay here.🤩"

"It’s a historic building and is a very cool experience. The owner is very kind and helpful. He offered to let me stay longer since they didn’t have a guest in my room the day I checked out and my flight was at night. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the ferry to Valletta which is so convenient. I’m so glad I chose to stay in Cospicua (near Birgu) instead of Valletta. It’s nicer, quieter and more authentic and you can go to Valletta whenever you choose as the ferry ride is just 10 minutes (2 €) and it’s every 30 minutes or so."

"Breakfast, well served and you have to select the options on the night before, it avoids food waste. Location is excellent next to restaurants and easy access to the roads out of town. Staff is amazing, everything was very well explained before our arrival so we could easily do the self check in."

"Difficult to park the car, but it is Malta during summer so honestly it is an issue in the entire city 😅"

"Amazing property. Historical and nicely designed. Staff is super helpful and kind and assisted in everything we needed also when we had a difficulty with the car. Can't praise them more. And the wine cellar is truly magical. Recommend 10/10"
