The facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful outdoor area to the comfortable living spaces inside. A special mention goes to Lino, our host, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Lino also helped us organize several trips and excursions, which made exploring Malta so much easier and more enjoyable. "The Mill Room is awesome and very grand, old and packed with so much character and lots of personal touches. It is perfect for very special celebration days. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything that you could need. Around the house there are so many interesting eclectic art pieces from all over the world. The pool and outdoor space is magnificent with a great sense of calm and wellness. Lino, the owner made us very welcome and gave us great advice on local shops, restaurants etc. and he was always available if needed. All in all highly recommend."

"The villa was stunning and really well laid out and there was so much space, you could have family time but alone time too. The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"An absolutely wonderful, carefully restored, huge house with all the comforts you can imagine. There is everything you'll need in this character property, restored with care and offering all the modern amenities. The garden/pool area is heavenly and even better than the photos The host is extremely welcoming and helpful. The villa is situated in a quiet village with some shops (including a 24/7 convenience shop down the corner of the road) and restaurants (take away Kaian is excellent for doner, pizza and salads). You'll find all the basics here or, a short drive away, you'll find livelier town and tourist hotspots."

"It's not that I didn't like it as it was so pretty but thought I would mention it here. If you were to get a car for your stay/holiday then Fiat panda/ 500 or similar is a must. Streets are narrow"

"This a great place to stay with family or friends. Spacious accommodation. Lovely pool area and table tennis 🏓 The owner Lino was very welcoming and told us all we needed to know and more and arranged a number of trips for us.The town is not touristy which we loved. You can walk to the Blue Grotto. Valletta the capital is around 20 mins away by bus for €2."

"We visited during February and the property was quite cold. Be prepared for an extra 50 EUR/day fee for AC heating (in coins which is less than optimal). There is a nice fireplace in the common room that is free to use."
