"The breakfast is what I usually like to have — good coffee, really good baguette, omelette and some fresh fruits. The place is very clean and well maintained. The owner really likes solid wood furniture. The beds, the dining tables and some others were shipped here from Bali. The hostess Sabrina was also amazing and helped us solve some logistics issues with local vendors."

"Big room with a great view, nice breakfast. The location is great - 10 minutes from Le Morne beach, 30 minutes from Flic en Flac and less then an hour drive from most of the activities. The staff are very welcoming and supportive"

"The location was perfect for my first visit to Mauritius, away from the large towns and resort hotels. My rooms had all I require a large bedroom with sitting area. Generous size bathroom and shower. Air-con and fan with plenty of light and UK sockets, a spacious balcony not on the sea front, but you can see the ocean and horizon with La Morne Brabant mountain always prominent. Very generous breakfast which changed daily to give variety. Very friendly hosts and staff who helped with everyone and everything you required. Very good GSR supermarket up the road with everything you need like home. Bus stops very close and frequent going North and South."

"Nothing to do with the guest house, but a few stray dogs around and even more cats next nearby, some people were wary of them. Also beware the buses finish totally at 6.30pm, if you budget for a hire car, parking is possible outside, I assume first come first served. Below I have described the natural beach 10 minutes away by bus, as the immediate beach across the road is a black pebbled beach with mangroves and a small harbour and natural, looking totally different at high tide as image."
