"This is a gated apartment building close to the beach, behind a (soon-to-be) cemetary. My understanding is that the hosts rent out multiple different apartments in the building. I got the one on the ground floor - the apartment was spacious and clean, but I preferred to keep the curtains closed at it had a fairly direct view to the street. The apartment is centrally located, with only a few minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants on the two main roads. I liked the easy parking on the gated yard. Self check-in was very easy. I also tried the restaurants in the same building, run by the hosts. The food was delicious, but it did take me two hours to have lunch (because of the wait times)."

"Although the hosts were super nice, I think the communication between them could work better. I got messages from one host, who asked me to call the other one, which then didn't know which apartment I was signed up for :) Also the cleaner came to wake me up on the check-out day, even when I had told the other host that I would be leaving around 11 AM. The cleaner didn't speak English, so we didn't have a common language - the hosts were fluent in English. Both the A/C and the Wi-Fi worked just okay. There was some noise from the street on the weekend (loud music from cars going by, and some music from the bar nearby). These were just minor things, and I can highly recommend the place for its central location and great value."

"It is so close to everything! As a solo traveler it was perfect! Close to the beach , big supermarket, bars,excursion office and the food shacks are on the beach right in front of the property. You can get everything from local food to ice creams ,coconuts and fresh fruit. The room was really big and had a nice balcony. The staff were great!"

"Good location , exceptionally great hosts . I had some stomach issues so Malini the owner made some light khichdi ( Indian dish made from rice , lentils and mild spices ) and didn’t charge for it . They have a nice restaurant at the ground floor but opens for limited hours . They have a superstore nearby , beach is visible and parking is available. They help you with the luggage to your room ."

"Location is excellent, close to the beach and close to the center for shops and restaurants and most importantly for me close enough to the University for my daughter. close to main road if you need to jump on Taxi or bus. The hosts are great. Felt like home. I would definitely stay again"
