"Breakfast was good if there is more Varity it would be even better, but it was more than enough. You could not say you were left hungry the food was a lot. Host very friendly and accommodating. Accommodation is great and an amazing pool. Units are very spacious which is great."

"Only the beds are terrible it is like sleeping on an ironing board. When buying new mattresses I suggest they test them out first. The couch was more comfortable to sleep on then the bed."

"We stayed here for a week. We all enjoyed our stay. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. They always go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is immaculately clean and very well maintained. Fresh healthy breakfast is served every morning. Hot shower, comfortable beds, AC, daily housekeeping, internet too is available. This place is highly recommended. Plus there’s a swimming pool too."

"Friendly attentive hosts. We had an enormous apartment on the top floor with kitchen, large bedroom and even larger bathroom. Amazing value with breakfast included; big basket of bread, omelette, large platter of fruit, juice and coffee. We were tired after a long boat trip so decided to eat at the Light Villa one night and, with no prior warning, crispy chicken, chips and salad was provided for us with lots of french bread and butter. All the food was amazing and plentiful. The small swimming pool is mostly shaded and this was a welcome relief from the hot sun. Very secure property with private parking. I asked where I could do some washing and it was all done for us, free of charge!"

"Barking dogs at night (not the fault of the property) and lack of any surface to put anything on in the bathroom. Aved, the host, says it was the intention of the architect to have a minimalist look and the bathroom is stunning, but not practical. We suggested adding a unit or table to one side and he's taken the suggestion on board."

"The hosts were amazing, helpful and friendly. We stayed for two weeks and they made it feel like home. Price/value for this accommodation is top deal. Location is near the Trou d’Eau Douce where you can find few nice restaurants or go to The Ile aux Cerfs with catamaran. Breakfasts were huge and tasty. It was possible to have dinner as well - we had Christmas bbq with chicken and prawns."

"We had an excellent stay at the property. The hosts were hands on and helpful. We had a late check in which they still met us for and made us feel comfortable. Very good breakfast where they made special vegetarian samoosas for us as well. It is within walking distance to shops and short driving distance to the beach and other facilities."

"The room was very spacious, super clean and it has everything we needed. The breakfast was generous, and the hosts, especially Aved were fantastic! We had an issue with our car which had a flat tyre, and Aved went above and beyond to help us. He not only took care of installing the emergency tyre, but also took care of taking the flat tyre to the mechanic and bringing it back to the Villa while we were out enjoying our day. This was outstanding customer service, and one of the nicest person we met in Mauritius!"
