"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the beach, which makes the experience very relaxing and convenient. The facilities are very good, well maintained, and easy to access. It is simple to move around the resort, and everything feels well organized. The overall atmosphere is enjoyable and welcoming. The proximity to the beach and the layout of the resort were definitely highlights of our stay."

"One concern we had during our stay was seeing mice/rats in the corridors and gardens during the night. On one occasion, we also noticed them near the restaurant area. Although we understand that this is a tropical environment, this situation made us uncomfortable, especially given the standards expected from a hotel of this level. We believe this is something that should be carefully addressed to ensure guest comfort and hygiene."

"We can walk down the beach and have fun with all the water sports such as snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing etc. All the activies were all inclusive with the room. That was even better than Hawaii. We would come and stay again."

"I think the spa facilities could be managed better. The sauna and steam rooms should be available without that booking. Also, the rooms are signed and boring when you got the most spectacular beach and even water feature just there so why do it in a secluded dark room? Have more snorkeling times available like every hour instead of just three times a day also same thing for water skiing. Why have a limited. Staff should be more knowledgeable in what actually is in the ocean for Tours like one snorkeling explain what corals you can expect what fish is there. Same thing for the Glass bottom Boat explaining in detail not just having a picture card even if the English is a second language of staff need to know the English names."
