"This hotel was the best of the four places I stayed at during my trip to the Maldives. The staff does a great job and is very helpful. The breakfast is also very good, but there are several restaurants and shops nearby as well. There’s a beautiful beach within walking distance and good scuba diving on the island."

"Mosque is close and loud and they start it at 5am. I was there during Ramadan. It might be quieter outside of that period."

"Such friendly and welcoming staff! Had great contact before arriving. They helped me sorting out transport from Male to Guraidhoo. We did 2 snorkeling trips which were amazing. Got to see turtles, sharks and Stingrays. If ever I’ll come back to Guraidhoo I’ll stay here again. Local breakfast was enjoyable. And lunches/dinner were really good. Clean room and great staff, nothing more needed on Maldives."

"Everybody in Athens View was extremely kind and helpful. First of all they helped us to get to the hotel arranging a boat from male airport to the island late in the evening. Milan, Azim and all the others , I do not remeber the names, were there for us. We had an options to choose between lunch or dinner and timing was as flexible as we needed. We were on trips where we caught the fish and they prepared it for us for free. Amazing fish soup and differnt kind of fish were just great."

"That was the best experience in the Maldives. 1) The location is close to the bikini beach, shop, souvenir shop; 2) the hotel provides reasonable prices for excursions; 3) bed is very comfortable; 4) hot shower is really hot; 5) wifi has a good speed ; 6) food is delicious but the best thing about this place is the hotel team, guys are really helpful and very polite, I have never felt so safely being solo girl traveller, definitely recommend them"

"Very professional hotel with well organized and polite stuff. This was our second hotel at the island and can say it was also the best. Everything was good. They also offer different trips and organise transfer from and to airport."

"Just small things - The shower is little rusty and old with weak water pressure. The brush next to toilet was really dirty."

"The hotel is located in an excellent location on the island. The friendliness of the hosts and staff in the hotel is commendable. They are always smiling and ready to meet all guests. The rooms are spacious and clean, have a terrace and a private bathroom. It is good to mention that they are provided with power adapters. We did not miss anything. The food was delicious and varied. I would recommend everyone to visit the island of Guraidhoo and be a guest of the Athens view hotel, it is an experience that will surely to remember for a lifetime. Thank you to the host and staff for everything, we hope to see you again soon!"

"The accommodation experience is very good. After arriving at the pier, the owner will come to greet and lead you to check in. The front desk staff is very considerate and will ask about needs and solve problems. The hotel breakfast is delicious, a local Maldivian breakfast. A kind of burrito. Overall, it is a pleasant accommodation experience."
